WindPath Launches New Web Site
March 9, 2009
For immediate release
STAMFORD, CT - The newly redesigned WindPath Fractional Yachting website goes live today. In these difficult economic times WindPath.com aims to extend the reach of all WindPath's programs by serving a broad audience interested in boating on a luxury yacht for a fraction of the cost. The new Web site features expanded content and streaming media including video clips for 9 of the 13 boat models offered in our fleet of Catalina and Back Cove Yachts. Each of the ten WindPath locations now has a dedicated micro-site featuring the local fleet, training programs, and other local offerings unique to each base. The redesign incorporates a brand new "infinite path" logo design, fresh colors and graphics and completely new navigational tools.
"Our online visitors will now experience a more vibrant and seamless view of WindPath and its online resources," says Ian Treibick, Founder of WindPath. "In the same way that the creation of the original site united all of our ideas and programs in one virtual location, the redesign of the WindPath web site creates a new home in cyberspace for each of our locations, our new power boat partner Back Cove Yachts, and our new online gear store. It's a virtual open house-we've created all new content, greatly increasing the amount of yacht specific information, streamlined access and navigation, and made visits to WindPath.com more exciting and informative than ever."
To celebrate the launch of the new WindPath.com WindPath has created a special offer: for a limited time Members joining WindPath will receive their first month of boating free.
Back Cove Yachts
In addition to our existing fleet of Catalina Yachts sailboats, the new Web site offers users the option to "choose their path" and opt for the down east style of a Back Cove powerboat. From the spoon shaped bow to the gently sloped transom, the design elements of Back Cove Yachts speak to a Maine lobster boat heritage. Below the surface is a well designed modern machine, just waiting for a member to push the throttle forward and jump up onto plane. Please visit the Back Cove section of our new site for more information: http://www.windpath.com/back-cove-yachts/
Dedicated Location Pages
Each of our ten US Locations now has its own micro-site including a home page, information and pricing for the local fleet, base specific training program information and much more. Visit any of our local base pages to learn more: http://www.windpath.com/locations/
Detailed Yacht Information
Visitors to our new site can now obtain a wealth of information on the yacht they are interested in.
