Professional Service on Board

As a WindPath Member you can expect to receive the highest level of professional courteous service. Our staff members are all knowledgeable boaters; always available to answer your questions or address your needs. Highlighted below are some of the services you can expect to receive from your WindPath base:

  • Outstanding Maintenance and Support
WindPath meticulously cares for each yacht in its fleet with a professional staff that addresses all preventative and emergency maintenance tasks 24/7.
  • Detailed Cleanings
Twice a month WindPath staff detail cleans each yacht from stem to stern following an exacting and exhaustive checklist to ensure the yacht is in pristine condition each time you go sailing.
  • Bi-Monthly Safety Inspections
During detailed cleanings a safety inspection is also carried out. All major systems and components are checked and inspected to be sure everything is safe and functioning properly.
  • Provisioning Services
Some locations offer provisioning services that will have your yacht stocked with the food and beverages of your choice prior to your departure from the dock. A reputable local catering company provides beverages and basic groceries as well as an assortment of prepared foods that you will love.
  • Pump-Out
Here is a task no one likes to perform. WindPath staff will pump out the waste water holding tank as required. If you reserve the yacht for more then two consecutive overnight stays the system will be empty when you board.
  • Refueling
Waiting for a space at the refueling dock can easily knock over an hour off your boating excursion. WindPath's FirstMate system alerts a staff member whenever the fuel tank is below half and we take care of filling it up. If you are in our sailing program we take care of the cost of fuel for you, on our power boats the cost of fuel is the members responsibility. In our power program members pay for exactly what they burn using our custom in-line fuel consumption meters. If you reserve the yacht for more then two consecutive overnight stays the fuel tanks will be full when you board. If you book the yacht for an extended period of time you may need to refuel if you run out of diesel, this cost is your responsibility.
  • Water
Water water everywhere. WindPath specially outfits its yachts with extra water capacity to answer the needs of our members. All yachts in the WindPath fleet have generous tankage; we take care of periodically topping off the tanks so you dont have to worry about it. While the water in your yachts holding tanks is potable, we recommend Members bring along bottled water for personal consumption.
  • Instruction
Having completed our initial training program, some Members may wish to further their sailing education. WindPath Members are eligible to receive deep discounts in several accredited training programs. WindPath can also help you locate a US Coast Guard licensed Captain to give you advanced practical and boating theory training on your yacht.
  • Vacation Planning
Our staff can assist you in plotting a course for an extended vacation on your WindPath yacht. Routes, ports of call, transient dockage and moorings, dinner reservations, whatever you need we are here to help.
