As you proceed through our franchise application process you will learn the details of our proprietary model, as well as how to leverage and implement our experience and tools for your WindPath location. Here is an overview of what the WindPath fractional yachting model delivers:

  • Reoccurring income: Once you establish your member base you will have a monthly reoccurring income.
  • Members, not one time customers: You do not need to continually generate new business like a charter company would
  • Bullet proof legal agreements: There are hundreds of aspects to our membership and owner-member agreements that have been refined by our years of experience
  • Low Turnover: Our membership has a very low turnover rate allowing you to continue to add more boats to your fleet, you do not have to keep filling the same space over and over
  • Low initial and ongoing capital investment: After your first boat is full additional boats can be purchased using an owner-member's capital, grow your fleet rapidly.
  • Start part time: A base can be run as a part time business, without a dedicated office
  • Yacht condition: By assigning members to a specific yacht, and limiting each yacht to eight members your members develop a pride of ownership and the yachts condition reflects this
  • Bi-monthly maintenance: Our technology and operating procedures enable you to keep your fleet in top shape with bi-monthly safety, cleaning, and maintenance checks
  • No on the dock presence required: Our technology removes the need for day-to-day operational staff on the dock, greatly reducing your required operating capital and time commitment.
  • Year round income: Our members pay year round, you don't have to worry about off season financial problems.
