Application Process

We realize the decision to invest in and start a new business is not an easy one to make. We have developed a process for discovery, due diligence, and just some time to get to know one another. We hope that after our combined due diligence processes we find that operating a WindPath location is the right match for you, and us.

Due to the great number of applications we receive we have laid out the following process to expedite the serious applicants, and reduce the amount of perfunctory applications submitted.

1. Review the Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete agreement you will be asked to sign after our initial discussions.
2. Pay the $25 non-refundable processing fee.
3. Complete the online application.
4. Participate in an initial telephone discussion about you, us, and your vision for WindPath in your target market. This is a great time to get your questions answered and start learning more about the business model.
5. If we are in agreement that we would like to continue the process you will receive our full business opportunity information package.
6. After reviewing the package and getting your questions answered you will be required to sign our Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete agreement and pay a non-refundable $1,000 application fee to proceed.
7. After signing the Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete agreement you will have full access to our staff, model and tools and be able to make an informed final decision as to whether to proceed or not.
8. Sign our mutual agreement and pay the remainder of your initial fee (both deposits above are applied to the $25,000 fee).
9. Get started setting up your base with the partners, tools and services we provide.
